We are currently looking for a Full Time hire for the role of Coordinataor - Advertisting Operations in our Ad Operations Department. 

Position Summary: 

BioNews is seeking a Coordinator - Advertisting Operations. This position will report directly to our Operations VP to help control the spend on a weekly versus monthly basis. The Coordinator - Ad Operations will interact with all AdOps team members and Business Analytics departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEM and social media campaigns, majorly on Google, Facebook and Instagram. The coordinator will help us understand and identify where we need to direct traffic on our sites. They will be expected to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against our goals. Our ideal candidate will be able to optimize campaign performance and will ensure we are working towards achieving the best daily ROI possible.

Remote - USA

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Participate in daily status meetings with AdOps including M,W,F status pacing meetings. 
  • Identify where we need to push traffic towards. 
  • Communicate with the VP of Media Operations and Manager of AdOps about any changes to traffic.
  • Direct appropriate traffic utilizing FB Ad Server, and Google Ad Server.
  • Discuss appropriate budgeting with VP and Manager to ensure the success of the campaigns are being adhered to.
  • Measure, report and optimize performance of digital campaigns. 

Education Required:

  • Associate's Degree or related certification to the position

Experience Required:

  • 2 – 4 years of digital marketing experience 

Knowledge Required:

  • Understanding of past/current digital advertising and technology trends
  • Quantitative data analysis
  • Advanced understanding of digital media analytics
  • Knowledge of how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs

Skills Required: 

  • Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition across all channels, including offline and digital
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
  • Project management skills
